Unfortunately, STEEZY Studio subscriptions created from the iTunes App Store are processed directly through Apple. Because they're processed by Apple, we cannot cancel the subscription or issue a refund from our end.
You can still cancel the subscription and request a refund from Apple.
Here's how to cancel the subscription on your iPhone or iPad:
1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
4. Find STEEZY Studio and tap it.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. When the Confirm Cancellation pops up, tap Confirm.
Please note that your subscription will be canceled at the end of the billing period. You will still have access to take classes until then.
