If you'd like to deactivate your STEEZY Studio account, our Support Team will be able to help remove your email address, payment information, and other personal identification information from our database.
Please submit a help ticket request with the following information in a message at bit.ly/STEEZYSUPPORT, via Support Icon in the lower right-hand corner, or by sending an email to support@steezy.co:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your STEEZY Studio email address
- Any feedback you'd like to leave us!
Please note that deleting your account or the app will not automatically cancel your subscription plan with STEEZY Studio. We encourage those who are requesting to delete their account altogether to ensure that their subscription plan has been canceled beforehand!
