STEEZY Studio Subscriptions
Monthly → Annual/Yearly Subscription Plan
If you currently have a monthly subscription plan and would like to upgrade to an annual/yearly subscription plan, you can do so by clicking the profile avatar in the upper right-hand corner, clicking Account, and then clicking on Manage Subscription. Then, click on Upgrade to Yearly:
You'll be taken to our Upgrade Subscription page. Once you decide to upgrade and switch to an annual/yearly subscription plan, click on Upgrade Now.
Annual/Yearly → Monthly Subscription Plan
If you'd like to switch from an annual/yearly subscription plan to a monthly plan, please submit a help ticket request with the following information in a message at bit.ly/STEEZYSUPPORT, via Support Icon in the lower right-hand corner, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Subject: Switch Subscription Plan
- Your STEEZY Studio email address
- Payment method used (credit card, PayPal, or Google Play Store)
- Statement of agreement/consent that you'd like to switch plans
iOS or Google Play Store Subscriptions
Unfortunately, due to developer limitations, you'll need to first cancel your current subscription, and then re-activate your account with the other subscription plan if you're using an iOS or Google Play Store subscription.
