STEEZY Studio Refund Policy.
If you're unhappy with your STEEZY Studio subscription, we'd be happy to issue a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please submit a request with the following information in a message via the chat icon in the lower right corner or an email to email@example.com.
Subject Title: STEEZY Studio Subscription Cancellation Inquiry
1. What is your STEEZY Studio email address?
2. Send us an email receipt of the payment from the past 30 days.
- Please send us the email receipt directly from Stripe, PayPal, or the Google Play store.
- Bank receipts will not be accepted.
3. Let us know the reason for the refund.
Once the request is fulfilled from our end, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process completely.
Unfortunately, our subscriptions created from the iTunes App store are processed directly through Apple. Because they're processed by Apple, we cannot issue a refund from our end.
You can still cancel the subscription and request a refund from Apple.
Once you have canceled your iOS subscription, here's how to request a refund from Apple:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Scroll to STEEZY Studio and click Report a problem.
- Describe the problem in the form and click Submit.
