Redeem a Coupon Code

Applying a Coupon Code to Your Purchase

Please note that coupon codes can only be applied to new accounts and subscriptions created through our website ("web subscriptions"). Mobile app subscriptions (started in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) cannot redeem coupons quite yet due to developer rules from Apple and Google.

If you previously had a paid subscription or currently have an active subscription and would like to redeem a coupon code, you will need to reach out to our support team with your coupon code at [e-mail] to apply that discount. 

Please follow these steps to apply a coupon to your purchase:

Before entering your payment method/information, please click on Enter a Coupon Code, found at the bottom of the checkout page:

Once you enter your coupon code, click on Apply Coupon. If your coupon is valid and successful, you'll receive a confirmation message, ✅ Coupon code: (name of coupon) has been successfully added, like below:

You can then finish checking out by filling out your payment information. We will always apply the coupon to the total amount, and any remaining amount due will be fulfilled by your payment method on file.

Coupon codes can only be added to new accounts and subscriptions. If you previously had a paid subscription and/ or currently have an active subscription, you will need to reach out to our support team to redeem your coupon code.
