Pausing or "Freezing" Your Monthly Plan
If you'd like to pause your account, you'll be able to temporarily hold it for a selected amount of time (up to 12 weeks) after the end of your subscription cycle. For example, if you choose to hold your account for one month with a billing cycle start date of the 15th of each month, your subscription will run until January 15th, pause until February 15th, and then automatically renew and continue on.
Please note that this feature is only available for our monthly subscription plans on the web. If you have an annual subscription plan or a mobile app subscription, we recommend canceling your subscription plan, and then contacting our Support Team to help re-activate your account.
How to Pause/Freeze Your Subscription
If you'd like to pause your monthly subscription plan, please start by clicking the profile avatar in the upper right-hand corner, clicking Account, and then clicking on Manage Subscription. Then, click on Cancel Subscription:
Then, click on the 🗓 Temporary, I'll Be Back:
After, please choose the amount of time you'd like to hold your subscription, and then click
Apply Hold, which will apply the pause/freeze. Your
Manage Subscription page will update to reflect the following:
After the duration period is over, your subscription plan will automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged.
