We are currently experiencing an error where members are unable to take a class and are being re-directed to purchase a subscription plan despite having an active monthly plan using PayPal as their main payment method.
Our database is not automatically refreshing their account billing dates, so our Support Team will need to manually refresh the account. Please submit a help ticket request with the following information:
- Subject: Monthly PayPal Subscription Issue
- Your STEEZY Studio email address
- Confirmation that you're being asked to re-subscribe for a subscription plan even though you've already made a recent payment
